The Red Seal is an interprovincial endorsement that is attached to a Certificate of Qualification. Being certified with a Red Seal means that your qualifications are automatically recognized in other provinces and territories.
In Ontario, a Red Seal endorsement is awarded to anyone earning a score of
70 percent or higher on their Certificate of Qualification exam.
